My billing payment settings are currently set to Direct Debit. I would like to change the payment method to PACC and have automatic billing payments made from my credit card. However, I cannot find the online option on the Melita web site to perform this change. How I should proceed with this?
Hi, I have a question. I am planning to leave Malta as I have a job offer in Switzerland. I wanted to cancel my contract with Melita, however, I am just concern about the €75 deposit which I paid to the technician when the service was installed. Can I get a refund of that €75 deposit?
