Why have I been charged installation fee again

I believe the 75 Euro is for the deposit. If this is the case, once you activate your recurring payment, this will be released to your account so that you can use that amount to pay the bill. If you have the Flexi Bundle, the installation fee is 15 Euro for 24-month contract like mine.

Hi @ishymclevey. I do not know the whole picture but based on what I experienced, this will happen if you upgrade your service to a different package. Before I got the 30Mbps home internet only. When I decided to switch to the Flexi Bundle with 250Mbps, basic tv and telephony, I got charged for the installation. If yours is different, I would suggest to contact them via live chat so that they can check your bill.

Thank you for getting in touch.  I will look into this more.  I was sure I paid the installation guy the money but I can't find the receipt.  It was the first installation, 75.00 and 15 Euro.
