I don't have Internet service what do I do?

This evening we lost Internet connection. I tried turning Off and On the modem but to no avail. What seems to be the problem and what should I do to get back the Internet working.

I suggest that you log in to your MyMelita account and there you can check if there is an outage in your area.
@Visitor I have used this link test your Internet and check my service on MyMelita account to see what specific issues I am experiencing and if there's an outage in my area. It will also give you solutions and troubleshooting to follow.

I made sure that all the cables are properly plugged into the modem, then wait for at least a few seconds before I turn the modem back on. I use mymelita app to troubleshoot.
