MyMelita Error!!!

Good day! I never had this problem before but whenever I log in to MyMelita account, I sometimes encountered this error "Please make sure you have a stable internet connection" but my connection is working. What can be done about this?

I once got the same error as well before and been told by customer care that it might happen because of high overload in the servers, disconnection from the WiFi/direct connection, or device problem itself and been advised to try again then it works.
