My uncle claims that he cannot purchase data bundle today. He said that it never happened before and normally it will work. Do you have any idea on why it will not let him purchase the data bundle?

Hi Ellery. Perhaps your uncle still has data remaining on the last data bundle he purchased that is why it is unsuccessful. This happened to my pay as you go number before and when I contacted the support, this is the information they told me. So when I consumed all the data from my previous data bundle and then purchase again, it did work.
