Porting request

For over a month now, I am still waiting to have my vodafone mobile number to be ported in melita, it was my girlfriend number and we wish to use the number under my name. I would like to know if why is it taking to long to process our request?

It’s possible that the request has been denied due to the incorrect or details that did not match on their system, you need to make sure that when you request to port a number both accounts on both providers should be on the same name and id card/passport.
