All about Melita Telephony
I can not make or receive calls on landline. I changed two new phones and wire still no sound, tone or ringing tones. Please answer me on this as your shops told me they can't do anything from their side.
I tried accessing my MyMelita account but I do not see my telephony usage, where can I find it?
I am on a home bundle with internet and home phone. If I decide not to use the telephony (ie remove it from the deal) can i get a cheaper service that is just internet? Or do all the bundles include the phone?
